This is Kopitiam QQ's Tahu Bolak Balik. It got its cheeky name because each one of them is a piece of tahu cut in half, and glued together back-to-back with something delicious that tastes like otak-otak. Served with a lovely kecap pedas, it's an awesome afternoon snack. Enjoy with a glass of iced milo!
