My culinary goal for my latest SG trip was don't eat anything I've eaten before. So say hi to Monster Curry! This is their chicken karaage curry. They're really good! The chicken is crunchy and scrumptious, the curry sauce smooth and full of flavor. But my "rule" has one exception: chicken wings. The ones sold in food courts such as this plate from FoodRepublic at Somerset 313 is soooooo gooooooddddd.
